- Bareboat Charters: For bareboat charters, you affirm that you possess the necessary certifications, experience, and qualifications to operate a yacht of the size and type chartered. Vessel Verve reserves the right to request proof of qualifications.
4. Booking and Payment
- Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
- Payment Terms: Specific payment schedules and methods will be communicated to you upon booking confirmation. Full payment is typically required prior to the commencement of the charter or service.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary based on the type of service, duration, and boat. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
5. Safety and Conduct
- Safety Regulations: All guests are required to adhere to safety instructions provided by the yacht crew, Vessel Verve representatives, or relevant authorities.
- Responsible Conduct: Vessel Verve expects all users and their guests to behave responsibly and respectfully towards the crew, other guests, and marine environment. Damage to property due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the charterer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vessel Verve will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. We act as an agent for the provision of charters and other services and are not the direct provider of all services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vessel Verve or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
8. Indemnification
